Subscribe to pre-made packages of titles that are commonly used together.
Simultaneous users are set for the entire package, meaning only 1 concurrent user will have access to all books in the package at a time.
Packages are discounted at 10% from the list price of all titles combined.
Step 2:
Designate the maximum number of
simultaneous users for each book and package.
Enterprise-wide access
Share one account with all employees across your enterprise.
Designate simultaneous users
Although all employees on your team will have access to the library, simulatenous user rights determine how many employees are able to access each package or title at the same time.
We suggest starting with a low number of simultaneous users and growing your account as needed.
Higher Demand
For titles that your enterprise uses more often, assign a higher number of floating simultaneous users.
Lower Demand
For titles that your enterprise uses less often, assign a lower number of floating simultaneous users.
Simultaneous user discounts
The more simultaneous users you add per book/package, the higher discount you will receive.
1-4 simultaneous users: List price
5-9 simo users: 15% discount
10-19 simo users: 25% discounts
20+ simo users: 30% discount
Step 3: Choose how to access your library.
User login
Best for individual or small accounts.
Each user simply logs in with a username and password.
Intranet
Best for small to large businesses. Any employee who has access to the company intranet will be able to log in without having to provide a password.
Users can log in from anywhere, whether they are in the London office, Houston work site, or even at home in New York, as long as they have access to their corporate intranet.
IP authentication
Best for universities or organizations with static IP addresses. Simply provide a range of IP addresses, and anyone within that range will be able to access your account without a password.
Because access is location specific, students and employees will not be able to log in from off campus/network locations unless a special proxy setup is provided.
Step 4: Check usage reports
and adjust content and users as needed.
Check usage reports to effectively manage your account and budget.
See if your team is exceeding the usage limit or barely reaching it, and adjust your account accordingly.
Usage analytics by package
Track which packages are being used most, as well as which ones your team is exceeding usage on.
Usage analytics by title
Track which specific books are being used most, as well as which ones your team is exceeding usage on.
